Regular fat-free is amazing and i can never say enough good things about it. It's the ONLY supplement i will ever say is not only as good as people say? But is even better than that. I never lose energy with them and my results have skyrocketed! However, hardcore? Is just on another level. Within 10 minutes? You'll be sweating from head to toe!
