SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY Shipping and Return Policy Updated 11/01/22 Thank you for shopping with us! The following Shipping and Return policy applies to all websites owned and operated by Absolute Supplements LLC. 1. SHIPPING POLICY You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States or internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Standard Shipping does not come with insurance. Priority shipping comes with insurance in the unlikely event something happens with your package in transit.
All packages come with tracking. We are not responsible for packages once the order has shipped. Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days. a. Shipping Charges Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax. b. International Orders Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. WE ARE NOT RESPOSNIBLE FOR ORDERS HELD UP AT CUSTOMS. 2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Return Policy We only accept returns and distribute refunds for unopened products.
Refunds for items returned within 30 DAYS of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within (2) business days of receipt of package. In case following conditions are not met Absolute Supplements LLC reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return. – The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase – Items and packaging must be received in new condition – The original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged – Packaging must include all original items – Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box – Return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt Before returning package you need to contact Absolute Supps MD to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package).
Please e-mail Support@AbsoluteSupplements.com If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Cancellations If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
